Paul Weissman, Founder & Chairman
Mr. Weissman has over 35 years of experience in sales, marketing and financial services. Prior to Centenium Advisors, Mr. Weissman was a Principal and Co-Founder of Indochina Partners Ltd. a New York/Saigon direct investment company where he was responsible for negotiating more than $50 million of equity financing from Goldman Sachs, Zesiger Capital Group and other institutional investors for direct investments in green-field manufacturing and real estate ventures in Vietnam. Prior to Indochina Partners, Mr. Weissman spent eight years at the New York office of Julien J. Studley Inc., a national commercial real estate company where he became Corporate Managing Director and negotiated more than twenty five transactions for Japanese and other Asian companies totaling over $300 million. Mr. Weissman also worked and studied in Singapore/Indonesia (1973), Japan (1974 - 1976), Hong Kong (1979 - 1980), and Thailand and the Philippines (1980 - 1982). Mr. Weissman received a B.A. in Anthropology from Vassar College and Master’s Degrees in Public Health and Urban Planning from Columbia University. Mr. Weissman is a former Trustee of the International Center for the Disabled, and a former Board Member of Cause Vision, an organization committed to combating human trafficking, as well as a former Trustee of the Woodrow Wilson Fellowship Foundation. In addition, he has served as a director of several Vietnamese ventures. He maintains FINRA Series 7, 63, 24 and 99 registrations.
Nansie Bernard, CEO & Partner
Ms. Bernard has over 30 years of marketing, advisory and client service experience. Prior to joining Centenium, Ms. Bernard was the Founding Partner of Source Partners, a New York-based placement firm focused on raising capital for alternative investment managers, including private equity, venture capital and real estate. Prior to founding Source Partners, she served as a Vice President in the Private Equity Group at Thomas Weisel Partners, responsible for helping to build and manage an internal placement team raising capital for the firm's private equity and asset management products. Ms. Bernard had previously been a Vice President with Security Capital Group within the investment banking group raising capital for real estate private placements and ultimately responsible for developing and implementing institutional marketing programs that raised $600 million for the firm’s public REIT product. Ms. Bernard began her career as a commercial real estate broker in Boston. Ms. Bernard received a B.A. in Economics and Government from Simmons College. She maintains FINRA Series 7, 63, 24 and 99 registrations.
Kaylee Jones, Marketing & Communications consultant
Ms. Jones has eight years of experience in office administration and marketing services. Prior to joining Centenium, Ms. Jones was the Operations Manager at Affinitee Graphics where she managed relationships with clients and vendors as well as oversaw the company’s production schedule. Ms. Jones worked as a freelance writer from 2014 - 2017, covering health and lifestyles pieces in Southwest Oklahoma. Ms. Jones received her B.A. from Cameron University where she majored in Communication and minored in Foreign Languages.
Maggie Mae, Company Ambassador
Ms. Mae joined Centenium in 2017. She oversees firm security and welcomes all investors & clients into the office. She is a rescue dog from Alabama. She enjoys the sights & sounds of the city of New York.
